How do I print from my virtual office?  top
When you connect to your virtual office the system will automatically create a virtual link to your local printer. Your printer will appear as a redirected printer on the virtual office. Please note that if your printer driver does not automatically map please make sure to contact our support staff to install your printer drivers.

How do I install software applications on my virtual office?
top
Administrators of your virtual office can install and publish downloadable software to your TS Web Access. To install applications that are on a CD media, please contact customer support so that they can assist you.

How often is my data backed up?
top
Your modified data files are backed up daily. Backups will be scheduled at a time that works best for your company's operational hours. Complete server images of your virtual office will be taken on a weekly basis. Images enable fast restores of system configuration and installed applications.

Who has access to my data?
top
Only your company users and our technical support staff have access to your files. Our staff will never access your files without permission, but we do need access to them in order to properly back them up. We do not open client files unless instructed to do so by the client.

What Operating Systems are supported?
top
We currently support Windows XP Pro SP3 or better, Vista Home Premium SP1, Vista Business SP1, Vista Ultimate SP1, Windows 7. All Operating Systems must have TS Client version 6.1 and .NET Framework 3.0 SP1

What about Macintosh?
top
There is currently no support of the MAC OS using TS Web Access. Microsoft has released a RDP Client that works, but MAC users will be placed in a remote desktop and may experience printing problems. Please note that Bensinger Consulting is not currently supporting the Macintosh OS.

How do I access my applications?
top
All applications are launched using Microsoft Internet Explorer. Please click on thumbnails below to see example TS Web Access screens. Notice how we can display an application running on the server and customize the screen per user or group.
